We have an opportunity for a facilities Manager to work on a site based in Elmore and would love to hear from you!
Your duties will involve the management of contractors and safety programs and ensuring any day-to-day building requirements are met in accordance with the relevant contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone able to work in an autonomous environment with a keen eye for detail and be comfortable juggling multiple complex maintenance projects .

- Immediate start with no lengthy onboarding
- $40 p/hour + Penalties + Super
- 7/7 Roster ( 7 on 7 off)
Your duties will involve the management of contractors and safety programs and ensuring any day-to-day building requirements are met in accordance with the relevant contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone able to work in an autonomous environment with a keen eye for detail and be comfortable juggling multiple complex maintenance projects .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all FM matters within functional area to ensure a high level of service is provided to the client, ensuring objectives and quality standards are met. Monitor performance as appropriate
- Manage risk and compliance issues for FM service delivery
- Conduct regular meetings stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on Contract performance
- Support the Operations Manager in the review and presentation of continuous improvement for FM
- Previous experience as a Hard service FM
- Working with children card (or willing to obtain)
- Police check (or willing to obtain)
- Willingness to be part of a tightly knit team
- Strong work ethic
- 2 Contactable work-related references
