Description

Under general supervision, perform general business reporting and functions focused on general business processes.

• Complete assigned duties and apply knowledge of business skills to assigned tasks which include coordinating Moly, Sulfide and Cathode shipping, MESP Management - Mine Equipment Sustainable Program, contractor audits, Corestream management, monthly partnership reporting and other duties.
• Analyze, interpret and manage shipments related to Molybdenum, Concentrate and Cathode Copper including managing inventory levels and customer shipping requirements. Recommend corrective action for timely shipments.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation through research, analysis, reconciliation and resolution related to copper grades.
• Participate in month end reconciliation of shipments related to metal statements.
• Prepare management reporting information for monthly, qtrly and annual reporting to be used in Corporate reporting and regulatory agencies.
• Administration management of systems: Blackline, Core Stream, AFE Online, Rental Process including system access, timely completion.
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED and four (4) years professional experience in accounting, including two (2) years in prolong intellectual instruction (certifications, instructed training, OR on the job training, etc..) in Accounting or Finance; OR
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related area and two (2) years professional experience in accounting; OR
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or closely related field.

• Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
