    About the Role:
    WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Training Administrator/ Document Controller for 6-month duration with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. This role will be based in the Bowen Basin on a 5/2 or 4/3 roster local or DIDO only with camp accommodation provided.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide system and administrative support to the CHPP Trainer and Assessor
  • Review, update and edit policies and protocols of the site
  • Coordinate all activities related to document control in the SharePoint and Documentum platforms
  • As needed, participate in frequent project reviews and provide relevant reports to show project performance.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all employees and stakeholders at all key supply chain interfaces.
  • Demonstration of an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
    About You:
  • Knowledge of Coal Mining legislation and its application to the Training Scheme, and Training Needs Analysis (Mandatory)
  • Experience with auditing of training systems and dealing with RTOs and other External Stakeholders (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Excel skills), SharePoint and exposure to document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines, continuous improvement and delivering results
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume busy work environment
  • Current Coal Board Medical (Willing to obtain)
  • Current Standard 11 (Willing to obtain)
  • Current C Class Australian Licence
  • Full Working Rights in Australia
