THE ROLE:
- Establish & maintain timesheet entry, verification & reporting.
- Produce prompt & accurate client invoices, credit notes & supplier purchase orders.
- Develop, update & maintain company database, work spreadsheet & others as required.
- Recommending & implementing improvements to procedures & workflows.
- Responding to & resolving internal & customer queries.
- Provide key administrative support to management & employees.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a service or field-based company.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise competing demands & respond to tight timeframes.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure both autonomously & as part of a team.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of JDE (high advantageous).
