We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to be part of our Victorian Operations team in the role of a Business Support Officer. This challenging and varied role will suit an individual who is driven to meet deadlines and is great at prioritising. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Clayton, VIC.

THE ROLE:
  • Establish & maintain timesheet entry, verification & reporting.
  • Produce prompt & accurate client invoices, credit notes & supplier purchase orders.
  • Develop, update & maintain company database, work spreadsheet & others as required.
  • Recommending & implementing improvements to procedures & workflows.
  • Responding to & resolving internal & customer queries.
  • Provide key administrative support to management & employees.

ABOUT YOU:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a service or field-based company.
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritise competing demands & respond to tight timeframes.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure both autonomously & as part of a team.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Knowledge of JDE (high advantageous).
