Position : Documents controller

Location : Jabal Sayid, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia

Start Date : 01/01/2023

Responsible for : MBCC documents control

Qualifications:

• Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
• Update and control procedure documents and forms
• Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems
• Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing
• Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence
• Ensure revised documents are accessible
• Assist with communication during external audits
• Conform to company enforced specifications and document control procedure
• Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
• Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient
• Make available, notify, and distribute documents to relevant departments
• Record safety training
• Maintain ISO 14001 & 45001 documentation

Essential:

• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

Desirable:

• Familiarity with project management system.
• Proficient typing and editing skills.
• command of English and Arabic.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.

Experience:

• Environmental specialist & Safety, project, administrator

Essential:

• ISO 14001& 45001 implementation experience,
• Documents control system

Desirable:

• Have experience on ISO 14001& 45001 implementation
• Environmental specialist & Safety experience,

Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Environment, Safety, administrator or an IT technician, project, Business Management, or relevant specialty

Essential:
