• Organize, maintain, and inventory laydown yards and bin stock areas
  • Report out inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain locator numbering for material storage
• Maintain an updated running list of all items received and locations
• Analysis and adapt commodity usage based on historical data.
• Analyze overtime needed in conjunction with successful completion of short, mid and long-term projects
• Manage service purchase orders (PO) to include but not limited to; Reconcile invoices with vendors and Accounts Payable (AP), create yearly Purchase Requisitions (PR), end of year PO close outs.
• Utilize System Applications and Products (SAP) to perform required tasks to include but not limited to; PRs, Service Entry Sheets, Cost Center analysis, ordering operational material requirements to include explosives.
• Create and update work orders in the CMMS (SAP)
• Conduct warehouse coordination by assisting in identifying shortages and stock level changes and assisting in the management of consignment stocks with vendors
• Create and track requisitions in accordance with Supply Chain and department policies
• Site coordination representative for supply chain on requirements, improvements, and initiatives implementation
• Assist SAP training programs
• Manage and maintain vendor communications and relationships
• Coordinate oversized freight deliveries and expedited orders
• Implement continuous improvement practices
• Conduct business administration related tasks
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum two (2) years of industrial experience preferred
• Two (2) years of SAP (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) or similar experience preferred
• Entry level to several years' operations or supply chain experience is preferred.

• General understanding of underground mining operations preferred
