Reports to: Site Administration Supervisor - Southern Region (Industrials)
Key Responsibilities : -
- Payroll/ data entry & validation for company payroll staff and contingent worker workforce
- Revenue capture and Job costing for customer invoicing
- Purchasing and cost capture
- Maintaining training records
- Plant Maintenance Admin support
- Accounts Payable support
- Document Handling/ archiving
- General Office/ Admin support tasks e.g. stationery and PPE orders/ stock levels
- Personality & Attributes
- Must be a team player, have a sense of humour and able to maintain friendly, supportive w orking relationships with other personnel
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to take the initiative and problem solve
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and have the ability to learn/ grow from mistakes
- Able to learn new systems and adapt to new processes in line with continuous improvement initiatives
- Must have good communication skills (phone/ facetime in particular) and be able to work with different personalities. This role sits within a team of 12 Site Admin istration staff and requires regular interactions with Admin, Operators, Supervisors and Managers a s well as other departments in various locations throughout the state.
Required / Desirable Experience : -
- Admin istration experience (at least some exposure is essential)
- Spreadsheet experience / exposure (desirable)
- Google/ G Suite exposure (desirable)
- Payroll/ Data entry experience. (desirable)
- Purchasing experience (desirable)
