Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, the Product Support Advisor will maximise operation time and fleet reliability for our Customer. This is a hands-on role which requires you to carry out diagnostic repairs, maintenance and Warranty Service Letters / Improvement programs on customers Caterpillar equipment.
You will need to provide procedural support as an advisor/consultant on maintenance and technical issues, whilst also undertaking regular equipment inspections. These positions will be responsible for looking after the Hydraulic Mining Shovels, 795F Trucks, 994 Wheel Loaders and Traditional Fleet onsite.
Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off - 12.5 hour shifts
Location: Marandoo Mine Site, Pilbara Region WA

- An Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate and proven post trade experience with CAT equipment
- Extensive Hydraulic Mining Shovel experience
- A positive attitude towards safety and exposure to safe work practices and systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- A passion for learning new skills
- The ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
