Are you meticulous with detail? Passionate about Quality and Compliance? If so we have a fantastic opportunities within our Spotless division here at Downer Group for Auditors. The positions is based on Central Coast site

Under direction of the Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager, the Auditor is responsible for implementation of the inspection & auditing regime in their designated zone. This position will sit within our Land and Housing Corporation contract team to resolve contractual issues that may occur from time to time. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with possibility of extension.

THE ROLE
  • Undertake planned site Pre-inspections in their zone and follow-up Post Inspections
  • Undertake Site Post Inspections to ensure the contract post inspection KPI targets are met for the zone.
  • Undertake Work In Progress Site Inspections in their zone, ensuring Contract KPI targets are met.
  • Raise Business Improvement Forms (BIFs) for all non-conformances identified
  • Undertake additional Site Inspections and/or Auditing of Subcontractors and/or internal staff
  • Undertake Internal Auditing of Spotless staff and processes as required.
  • Provide a Monthly Inspection & Auditing Report detailing the all the Inspections completed during the month
  • Formally present and discuss the monthly Inspection & Auditing Report on a monthly basis


ABOUT YOU
  • Proven qualifications within Quality Assurance, Work Health Safety or equivalent
  • Proven experience within a Quality Assurance Auditor position
  • Ability to analyse, report and communicate findings to all relevant stakeholders
