WesTrac is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist Procurement (CSP) to join our team in South Guildford on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Contracts Manager Procurement, you will be responsible for developing category plans for specialist categories that deliver sound commercial and cost-effective outcomes while mitigating commercial exposure to WesTrac. The successful candidate will also partner with key stakeholders, such as Operations and Legal teams, and manage contract negotiation processes for all Procurement contractual agreements across both Western Australia and New South Wales.

Responsibilities will include the management of all related contracts to ensure the delivery of contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and achievement of optimal commercial outcomes in support of business requirements. The ideal candidate will execute procurement category plans in accordance with internal customer requirements and deliver source to contract events in accordance with agreed timelines and targets. • Demonstrated experience working within a contract management, procurement, compliance, and quality environments
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret and draft advanced contractual concepts, customer letters, variations, and scope development
• High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through
• Advanced communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
