An opportunity has arisen for a reliable, hardworking Project Coordinator - Finance Partner to join our team based in Durrimut, Vic on a full-time basis. This position will report directly to our Operations Manager and assist our Operations Team with the effective planning, scheduling and support of a remote field team, answering telephone enquiries, manage end to end order process, invoicing and ensuring the delivery of services meet contract requirements, customer expectations and deadlines.

Ability to deliver quality financial deliverables and outcomes and a service to internal customers that is trusted and valued. This role provides support to the organization through financial management and reporting, information analysis and commercial support to enable informed business decisions being made. The key focus of this contract role is to manage contracts financial reporting, Utilities overheads and balance sheet accounts.

- Assist with monitoring of contract operational budgets
- Deliver high quality financial reporting in a timely manner
- Assist with preparation of contractual level reporting
- Analyse and report on labour and plant utilisation
- Process and review cost allocations for accuracy including maintenance of fleet, labour, and overheads
- Prepare and process journals and accruals as required
