Job description:

General Role Purpose (brief description of this job)

Support in the daily activities of the treasury and master data area for a period of 6 months

Qualifications (required for job) & Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
• Previous experience working as a treasury officer
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Advance computer skills
• Strong working relationships and excellent communication skills

Core Specific Responsibilities & Expected Deliverables

• Ensure day to day cash management
• Master data maintenance
• Maintaining financial records, cash logs, and spreadsheets
• Reconciling bank deposits and payments
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies with cash transactions
• Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in treasury processes

Operational Requirements

The role has mainly the responsibilities of attention to suppliers and internal clients, records of accounting entries, active support in treasury projects.

Environmental Responsibilities

• Comply with current environmental regulations in Panama
• Comply with the commitments contained in the Environmental Impact Studies and other additional studies in this regard, which apply to your area and activities.
• Comply with the provisions of the Minera Panama Environmental Management System.
