We are looking for an Analytics Partner to join the partnering team in spearheading the partnership between the business, the People function and the People Analytics teams to identify, scope and deliver outstanding solutions that solve complex business problems.

Reporting to the Partnering Lead and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our People Data & Analytics team, you will:
  • Drive adoption of analytics and data science products in partnership with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Apply discipline, governance and quality assurance across projects.
  • Engage with Project Leads accountable for delivery of scoped analytics projects to clients, ensuring strong team engagement and project outcomes aligned to business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders and supporting teams to identify, diagnose and solve critical problems with technical delivery, including short and long-term solutions to deliver sustainable outcomes.
  • Train and educate stakeholders in the People Function on analytics tools and data driven decision making.
  • Coach key partners and clients on the evolving field of People Analytics, building awareness of the 'art of the possible'.
  • Maintain and deliver excellence in knowledge management for analytics tools development by using collaboration tools and industry standard project documentation approaches.
  • Contribute to the design of the user experience so that the user interaction with the product aligns with the expectations and scopes agreed upon.
  • Assist in writing scoping documents and pinpoint potential blockers and risks.

To be successful in this role, you are a good strategic thinker with the ability to link organisation strategy to clear short and long-term steps focused on value delivery. You have strong passion for partnering and you are excited by the opportunity to generate value through strong connections between business problems and data analytics.

You will have the following skills & experience:
  • Experience in data analysis. You will be a data communicator who can draw insights from data to tell a story
  • Customer-focused and responsive - outstanding customer engagement skills and proven project delivery capability.
  • A team player with the ability to partner with various stakeholders and to bring together diverse, multi-disciplined teams to successfully deliver projects
  • Excellent communication and people skills, including the ability to communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, building support and buy-in for projects and approaches, as well as delivering clear articulate messages and recommendations.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across different time zones

It will also be beneficial if you have:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Proven track record using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience in using Microsoft collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience in data governance and quality assurance
