As Downer Energy continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking to bolster our high performing team with the addition of key strategic opportunities. With this in mind, we are searching for a Planning Manager to lead and oversee the planning team for our Victorian OMSA contract.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Utilisation Manager, this newly created opportunity will have you lead our planning team to create productive and profitable work programs in accordance with resource plans and targets. Managing the planning team, you will monitor the effectiveness of daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and assist with Field Delivery's understanding and delivery of the plan. This is a full-time permanent role that can be based in Lilydale or surrounding areas.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in planning or strategy related programs.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a geographically dispersed team.
• An understanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution and VESI requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
• Experience within the Electrical Distribution industry, preferably within large and complex organisations (highly advantageous).
