About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Learning Program Administrator to join our client based in Adelaide. A great opportunity to undertake a broad range of administration support tasks and support the learning and development team. The role is responsible for coordinating, reporting and maintaining training records and updating the learning management system.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate training programs
  • Manage logistics for training programs, including venue booking, catering, and equipment
  • Develop and maintain training records and attendance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback
  • Provide support to trainers and facilitators, including training materials preparation and troubleshooting
  • Provide regular updates and statistics
  • Compile reports and statistics on training
  • Provide administrative support to the department as required

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Advanced Customer Service skills
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with reporting and scheduling
