Our On Demand Module (ODM) contract is to service both business and commercial customers along with residential applications providing them access to nbn's fixed network across all technologies including FTTP, FTTC, FTTN and HFC. The contract covers NSW, QLD and WA and utilises a schedule of rates model to complete the works. The works include the full survey, design and construction of these customer orders to connect them to the local nbn network.

Newly created role with our ODM project team in WA, for an additional Service Delivery Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team to drive program outcomes in the region, ensuring effective management of resources and contractual obligations are delivered on-time and to schedule. Successful delivery will be contingent upon your active leadership and participation in the key areas of Construction Management, People Management, Progress Reporting and Contract Administration. You will manage the Zero Harm safety culture throughout delivery and develop strong relationships with clients, workforce and suppliers to enhance project performance.

ABOUT YOU
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or Business Management preferred
  • Established project management experience and project discipline to deliver project outcomes
  • Experience in functional cross skilled team leadership
  • Proven ability to proactively build relationships and communicate with a wide variety of people including key stakeholders, clients, peers, colleagues, suppliers and sub contractors
  • Working knowledge of maintaining and controlling the cost, schedule and quality of project activities to meet contractual requirements
  • A thorough understanding of service delivery processes with a self-sufficient, flexible and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Safety and quality focused with a high level of attention to detail
  • Passionate and driven to provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders
