As our Asset Manager, this role is responsible for the planning and delivery of maintenance works ensuring consistent Asset Management excellence is being delivered within the region. You will deliver Asset Management best practice on assigned contracts, conduct reviews, and implement Downer AM practices and processes locally. You will continue to optimise maximum value for our clients and for Downer in the management of road corridor infrastructure Assets, whilst maintaining long term sustainability of Assets and client relationships.

You will be inquisitive, driven, and enthusiastic, as you continue to deliver on business and network performance. You will also bring with you the following skills and experience:

• Proven industry experience and knowledge in Asset Management
• Strong communication skills, making the complicated simple
• Proven ability to manage multifaceted client/supplier/service provider relationships and develop effective working relationships
• Sound commercial understanding and acumen
• Ideally you'll have experience in advanced asset management and analytics tools such as Junoviewer, dTIMS, RAMM, GIS.
• A relevant engineering degree or qualification
