Downer's Group Head Office has an opportunity for a full time parental leave contract for a Group Licensing and Certificates Administrator in our Group Licencing team based in our modern offices in Collins Street, Melbourne.

Within the Integrated Management Systems and Excellence framework of objectives, you will be responsible and accountable for the continued, documentation and development of administration support.

You will provide professional, timely and accurate administration support to the Licensing & Certificates team. The key focus of this role is the coordination of administrative tasks to assist with the management of Group Licensing Compliance and ISO single certification. You will regularly interface with senior internal personnel and external customers and authorities.
ABOUT YOU:

• Tertiary qualifications preferred, but not essential
• Previous experience in a regulatory or compliance environment an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO certification and auditing requirements
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Understanding of risk management and frameworks
• Advance computer skills
• Working knowledge of office administration
• The ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, by-laws, regulations etc in a regulatory environment.
• Proficient literacy and communication skills
