An opportunity has become available for a Site Administrator to join a major highway project in the Southeast Queensland region, working for National leading companies on a Joint Venture, this is a large-scale project with a duration of approximately 2 years, connecting the Gold Coast & Brisbane via additional highway infrastructure.
About the role
This role is available for an experienced Administrator who ideally has previous experience within the Civil Construction industry. You will be required to work from site on a Monday to Friday roster, on dayshifts conducting approximately 8-hour shifts. You will be responsible for ordering and tracking materials, data analysis, compliance & regulations, keeping records of budgets, schedules and progress reports along with all general daily Admin tasks.
What you will need

• Must have a Drivers Licence with reliable transport
  
• Minimum 2 years experience in Administration works
  
• Civil Construction project experience ideal highly desirable
  
• Confident with all Microsoft applications
  
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and have a high attention to detail
