Downer Rail and Transit Systems (RTS) is looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Cardiff team.

You will join our program as a 2nd year graduate and move through our graduate program rotations as per the needs of the business and your development plan. You may responsible for assisting with designs, fault finding and problem solving, asset management activities and liaising with external stakeholders.

This is a fulltime, permanent role, and you will be based at our site in Cardiff, NSW

About You:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of post-graduate experience
• Previous experience in rollingstock or similar environment highly beneficial
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm principles
• Enthusiastic, team player attitude
