The CARs Team Leader position based in Auckland will be pivotal to the telco team, the purpose of which will be to:

• Successfully manage Downer's Land Access Team by ensuring it operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner to support the Business Group and meet our customer's needs.
• Develop, coach and lead a team of Land Access Coordinators and TTM Planners.
• Effectively support Downer's planned business initiatives for future growth
• Implement a cohesive and commercial approach to customers that enables the business to continually improve customer relationships within a service framework.

This will be a fixed term role for a possible term up until the end of February 2024, for Maternity cover as our current team leader goes on mat leave! This will be a great steppingstone into Downer and a foot in the door.

Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills

• Demonstrable experience in the leading a successful team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Persuasive presentation skills
• Demonstrated successful coaching skills to help people be the best they can be
• Experience working within the TTM industry, preferably the Corridor Access Request and/or TTM Planning space.
