As Project Manager you will provide leadership and direction across the construction project team which include Engineers, Supervisors, Forepersons, Administration and Sub-contracting staff, providing the link between the frontline workforce, our customers, and the communities we live in.

Day to day you will be involved in:

• Managing project budgets and financial project reporting
• Managing resources including staff, plant, suppliers, subcontractors, and materials
• Supporting and mentoring the project team
• Ensuring commitment to zero harm, HSE and environmental compliance
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, stakeholders

You will be an experienced Project Manager; you'll know and understand the construction industry and all the challenges and opportunities that it brings. You'll couple this with:

• Experience and understanding of financial management, budget management and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and influence at all levels
• Robust ability to develop positive relationships with, and obtain co-operation from clients, internal and external delivery teams
• A proven track record in developing a culture that supports Zero Harm management, encouraging and rewarding excellence
• Proven experience in delivering complex construction, maintenance, and operational services, preferably from construction and roading sectors
