We have a position currently in Gisborne working within the Network Outcomes Contract, where we are looking to add to our Leadership team and are looking for a Leader that can lead and manage a contract that brings a growth mind-set and understands that leadership is not something you do but part of who you are.

About you

We do require you to have some experience and skills so we can ensure your success:
  • As a leader and managing contracts, you will have awareness of contract law - but we can further develop you in this area
  • Leading teams that have successfully delivered on projects. Believing in achieving through others as it enables your success, the success of the organisation and the success of others
  • You have worked within a senior leadership team, where your experience will enable you to contribute and continue to drive a high level of service and achievement
  • You understand the term financial acumen and understand how to read and interpret profit and loss statements
  • Analysis of data through reporting and you can easily articulate and present key findings and implications and make informed decisions though your analysis
  • You are situationally aware; where you can see things that matter in terms of the work we do and prioritise these to ensure we get the best outcomes for our people, organisation and our clients
