Downer/Spotless has a great opportunity for a full time Customer Service Consultant to join our busy National Contact Centre based in North Ryde, Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for providing first level support for our external and internal customers across various lines of business. This role will be focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our customers across multiple channels (phone & email) and will play a key role in ensuring all contractual obligations and KPI's are met and adhered to. This role will be required to be available 24/7 on a rotating roster.

- Managing customer enquiries and requests
- Accurate and detailed data entry into our Work Management System
- Managing competing priorities to ensure KPI's are achieved
- Escalating any conflicts or difficult situations
ABOUT YOU
- Customer Service or Call Centre Experience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer complaints/complex enquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, however flexible work arrangements are available
