We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our Mining Solutions team in Melbourne or Geelong, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's national accounts in the mining industry. You will develop and execute sales strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow national accounts in the mining industry
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance
  • Identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business or mining-related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or account management in an industrial B2B environment
  • Prior experience within the chemical sector preferable, exposure to the mining industry desirable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
