Description

Partnering and supporting the Finance, Accounting and Tax leaders and their departments in the implementation of finance transformation, programs to develop and engage employees, routine internal communication and outreach, and periodically may assist with accounting related duties as needed. Act as a focal point for cross-functional communications and change management strategies. Consult on best practices for items noted above and partner with site/department representatives to help drive action plans.
  • Provide support to cross-functional project teams related to transformation, training/development, and technology initiatives.
  • Develop and execute internal communication within the Finance, Accounting and Tax groups including research, creation/drafting presentations and analyses, and other communication generated in the department
  • Management collaboration in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives including development and coaching programs
  • Establish on-going dialogue with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify change management risks and develop mitigation strategies. Execute and modify plan as needed
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Perform accounting and reporting activities and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business AND three (3) years of related experience.
  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including ability to listen well.
  • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with crossfunctional teams and ability to identify change management risks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong understanding of survey methodologies, quantitative and qualitative research, and survey design principles.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or background in Accounting, Finance or closely related area

  • Flexible working style with willingness and ability to be physically present in office setting 2 days per week or as needed.

Compensation:

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $60,000 - $82,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
