Hatch is looking to engage a highly motivated Project Administrator/ Project Support Coordinator with a technical flare ready to take the next step in their career, to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in the Perth CBD. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in an engineering project environment and support all project participants in complying with Hatch standards and any outlined project procedures for Document Management.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Assisting all project functional groups with formatting;
  • Collating and quality checking project documentation;
  • Register, classify and store deliverables and other documents in the EDMS as required;
  • Audit and review the accuracy of document management attributes in the EDMS with a strong detail focus.


You bring to the role:

  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat/PDF Xchange;
  • Demonstrated ability to learn other software tools;
  • Solid knowledge of document management systems, processes and procedures;
  • Experience in working within a team and proven communication/interpersonal skills to build relationships with the immediate and remote team members;
  • Can adapt to changes, multi-task, prioritize and is detailed-orientated;
  • Experience working with EDMS, e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, TeamBinder, etc.
