Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst

Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is a crucial member of a high performing HR team focused on the effective support of a diverse employee population in the manufacturing industry. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for delivering HRIS expertise specific to ADP Workforce Now and E-Time including the development of continuous process improvement, problem-solving, root cause analysis, systems administration, provide end-user training, and to ensure HRIS systems are aligned with company initiatives and optimal performance is maintained. Additionally, in close collaboration with the HR team, the HRIS Analyst provides support to HR operations and will make a dual contribution in the support of HR projects, enforcing corporate policies and procedures as they relate to HRIS, HR services, processes, and programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead/Manage HRIS Projects & Upgrades - related to critical HR functions. Works closely with the existing HR team in a collaborative and cohesive partnership. Consult with assigned business units to resolve challenges and business problems by responding, developing, implementing, and executing proactive solutions including strategic and tactical contributions as needed. Conduct needs assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for optimization/automation. Support EDI file data integrity and vendor coordination. Will be responsible for system setup related to benefits open enrollment annually.

Support training needs with delivery of a variety of training courses/classes designed to meet identified training requirements - as needed.

Other duties as assigned including acting as a backup for HR processes such as audit and payroll assistance.

Qualifications:

Expertise in HRIS implementation life cycle and back-end management experience. Strong HRIS systems administration in ADP Workforce Now and E-Time is required .

HRIS systems experience and other HR applications such as performance appraisal systems, ATS implementation, and Ad-hoc reporting.

Strong written and oral communication skills and analytical skills. Proficient usage of the Microsoft Office Suite. Express interest and willingness to support other aspects of Human Resources as needed. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as a team member and interact with all levels of employees and management.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Three plus years of applicable experience ADP Workforce Now, E-Time, report generation, Ad-hoc analysis & reporting, and heavy system navigation. Manufacturing background a plus.
