The Health and Education (H&E) line of business provides comprehensive operational and maintenance services as well as lifecycle maintenance programs to various sites within primary/ secondary/ tertiary education and hospital facilities throughout Australia.The contracts are a combination of education and health public private partnerships (PPP) and non-PPP health contracts.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Risk, Quality and Data Manager to join our team friendly and collaborative team. This role will be based on-site Monday to Friday.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Facilities Director your role will be responsible for although not limited to:
  • Working with Bendigo Health and Spotless teams to ensure compliance with Hospital accreditation
  • Managing configuration of the task management system (QFM) to ensure process tools are established and available to the team.
  • Managing the data provision within the contract to assist with reporting and decision making.
  • Managing Operating Term Documentation for the contract including the annual review process.
  • Coaching and on-the-job training for the team
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing of the Quality Assurance Plan
  • Developing, implementing and managing annual review the Contract Risk Management Plan, Risk Matrix, and Complaints Management System in accordance with the Operating Term Documentation and Bendigo Health standards, guidelines, and policies
  • Managing abatement risk for all service lines with assistance from the Management Team
  • Understanding and implementing government policies, legislation, and guidelines as they relate to quality.
  • Perform quality and performance audits

ABOUT YOU
  • Recognised qualification in Risk Management, Quality Assurance or a similar related field;
  • Internal auditor qualification is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in managing performance and compliance in a complex facility management contract
  • Advanced experience in analysis, managing data, and risk and quality management.
  • Demonstrated analytical and project experience within a collaborative working environment, monitoring the required outcomes against a performance-based
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing risk interventions
  • Good knowledge of Information Technology systems
