ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued business growth and project wins, we're looking for Supervisors in Melbourne VIC. These are field-based roles in a fast paced, high pressure environment which will see you responsible for supervising our construction partners, ensuring delivery of ticket of work and project works are on-time and to schedule as well as monitoring quality and delivery of works. With our Zero Harm culture at the forefront, you will always promote safe working practices and a culture of safe behaviours and attitudes. Previous experience in a similar role combined with a collaborative leadership style will ensure your success in this position.

ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor within the telecommunications & civil construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications Pit & Pipe network and Fibre Optics networks
  • Ability to work in a high-volume Ticket of Work environment with constantly changing and competing priorities along with an in depth understanding of cost variations and schedule of rates
  • Prior experience with field/scoping requirements, including conducting exchange and street communications network surveys and customer end surveys
  • Effective leadership of construction partners with an uncompromising commitment to safety;
    dedicated to ensuring compliance at all times to site Safety and Environmental Management plans in consultation with the safety team to achieve "Zero Harm"
  • Ability to activate dig permits and ensure all due diligence has been followed with Construction Partners
  • Effective verbal and written skills including producing reports and paperwork on construction activities including prestart and quality checks.
  • Proficient in MS suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
