Reporting to the Digital Support Manager, the MineStar Subscription Analyst is responsible for day-to-day management and billing of MineStar subscriptions, maintaining positive relationships with customers and tracking monthly financial metrics, aligned with the DTA (Digital Technologies and Analytics) objectives of accurate and timely billing of new and renewed MineStar subscriptions.

This role supports Technology Sales team in improving accuracy of quotes, repeatable customer experience across the digital support lifecycle which increases WesTrac's revenue opportunities.

The MineStar Subscription Analyst is a key part of the Support team, ensuring that objectives and key performance indicators are constantly achieved, with specific focus on MineStar subscription management and timely billing of MineStar subscriptions.

Location: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)

Roster: Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

To be successful the following is required:
  • Previous industry experience in a customer focused application support role
  • Demonstrated passion for and commitment to building strong customer relationships
  • Able to effectively assess, prioritise and escalate issues and solutions
  • High level problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through required actions to resolution
  • Confidently apply advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) within all tasks, including weekly meetings with Tier 1 mining customers and Caterpillar representatives
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
  • Highly developed attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of data across multiple systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, autonomously and / or remotely, across multiple sites
  • Strict adherence to safe working practices, policies and procedures
  • Experience in Construction, Mining or related industries, with operational knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of WesTrac / Caterpillar technology products, including mining technologies
  • Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
