The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve customers needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the customers' accounts
- Work as National Account Manager (Hunters) propose for new Opportunities in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in account management, sales, or related role in IT Industry
- Experience working with Enterprise clients, Energy, Mining & Plantation), System Integrator (SI).
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience (Energy, Mining & Plantation)
- Proven ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sales Force.
