Our Facilities and Asset Services team has an opportunity for an Asset and Life Cycle Manager to join the team located at the International Convention Centre Sydney. The A&LC Manager is responsible for providing support to the Facilities Director to ensure the success of the Facility and provide support to the ongoing refinement of day-to-day activities providing best practice recommendations to match this world-class facility. This long-term contract is a Public Private Partnership (PPP).

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in Project Management, Asset Management, Building Services, Facilities Management or similar.
• Accomplished in the application of ISO55000 principles for lifecycle planning bringing strong data analytical PC skills including asset condition modelling
• Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Extensive knowledge of statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building Code of Australia regulations
• Exceptional knowledge of WHS implementation procedures and a proficient background working knowledge of project Zero Harm requirements
• Strong relationship-building skills across all teams, contractors, clients and senior management
