Reporting to the Pre-Trade Supervisor, the Automotive Air Conditioning Trainer (known internally as a Pre-Trade Trainer) is responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing apprentice training in accordance with required standards and WesTrac's Core Values. You will be providing high levels of customer service for both internal and external clients.

It is essential that you hold a Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology and valid ARC license.

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 is desirable and will be highly regarded, however is not essential as WesTrac can support you in achieving this.

Location: WesTrac Institute, South Guildford

Roster: 5:2, 8 hours (this role can be fulltime, part time and casual)

About You:

• Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology
• Australian refrigeration council license (ARC)
• Experienced technician who is ready to move on to a mentoring Trainer role
• Passion for learning and committed to developing individuals to realise their potential
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
• Basic Microsoft Suite skills
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 will be highly regarded
