The Opportunity

WesTrac has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator to join the team at our head office in Tomago.

This is a unique opportunity that will give you exposure to a range of industry leading projects within the Resource Industries team. These projects will include the assisting with major tenders for capital equipment, supporting the new machine delivery process and the creation and implementation of project plans for our customers greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.

This is a fulltime permanent position working 40 hours, Monday to Friday. Option for Part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in improving sales processes and identifying different ways of collaborating
  • Assisting with the creation, implementation, and completion of projects and initiatives
  • Improving planning and workflow documentation for new machine sales process across the business
  • Develop, contribute, and support new initiatives
  • Assist sales managers with equipment delivery challenges

Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, or relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
