Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, the Product Support Advisor will maximise operation and product reliability, while also conducting regular equipment inspections. This is a hands-on role, with additional duties to carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment. The ideal person will lead by example through actions, behaviour and decision making, including compliance with WesTrac's procedures, safe working practices and life-saving rules.
Location: Working across 3 multiple sites (Koolyanobbing, Mount Marion, & Windarling)
Roster:
8 days on, 6 days off, 12.5hr shifts (inclusive of 30 mins. break) OR
2/1 roster, 12.5hr shifts (inclusive of 30 mins. break)

To be successful the following is required:
- Australian-recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post trade experience
- Ability to provide high-level technical support
- Sound diagnostic skills
- Advanced ability to interpret repair & fault-finding guides
- Understanding of warranty provisions
- Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Heavy equipment product knowledge on various Caterpillar equipment
- Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer
