Job Details
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or illnesses
- Assessing and treating minor injuries and illnesses
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure the health and safety of all employees
- Maintaining accurate medical records and reports
- Providing health education and promoting wellness initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid certification as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse
- At least 5 years experience in emergency medical care
- Primary Trauma Care Course and/ or BRUG Course preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English and speaking knowledge of Sranan Tongo.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break.
