Hire Resolve's client, a well-established mining company is currently looking for an Assistant Training Officer specializing in Load and Haul to join their team in the Northern Cape

Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering effective training programs for Load and Haul operators
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify training needs
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Grade 12
• ODETDP Level 4
• Assessor and Moderator Certificate
• 3 years' experience in Load and Haul operations in Surface Mining
• 3 years' experience in operational training and facilitation.
