A global IT Services business requires a New business Hunter to add and grow current mid-sized clients in the Insurance industry.

CSG Talent is currently seeking talented individuals to join our client, a leading organization with a strong foothold in the industry and a global workforce of 4,000 employees.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert knowledge and understanding of P&C, Life, and Auto insurance carriers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to drive sales growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers at client organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to communicate client needs and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes, adjusting sales strategies as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Guidewire Cloud and Digital strategy is advantageous.
  • Experience in selling Implementation Projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the IT services or insurance industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
