Hire Resolve's client in the mining industry is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team in Gauteng. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing daily financial activities, providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans, and ensuring the financial stability and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
• Provide strategic financial planning and advice to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Professional qualification such as CA (SA) is preferred.
• Certificate in VIP Payroll, Pastel/SAGE will be advantageous.
• 10 years' experience in a Finance Role
• 5 years' experience in a Mining environment
• Financial reporting as per IFRS and GAAP, Banking, Audit,
• Willing to travel.
