As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Billing Processor to support our Canadian Invoicing team. Location Mississauga As part of our Shared Services team, we support the business to achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. Join our team and become part of a community that strives for positive change.

As the successful candidate, you will be involved in:
  • Preparation of monthly invoices for time and expense projects and ad hoc invoices for fixed price/milestone invoices
  • Submitting client invoices through their online portals
  • Liaising with internal project managers and other team members when necessary to ensure accurate invoices are issued to our clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure project pricing is being setup properly for accurate revenue recognition and billing


You bring to the role:
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience using SAP
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting
  • Strong math, excel and problem-solving skills Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
