About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic Treasury & Risk team within Commercial Treasury based in Singapore reporting to the Manager - Treasury System & Risk.

Reporting to the Commercial Treasury System & Risk Manager, you will:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Quantum and its related systems/applications.
  
• Anticipate, and resolve systems/applications incidents and problem solving with internal IT teams and IT vendors.
  
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to develop comprehensive and concise Treasury system solutions to support all treasury business requirements.
  
• Provide the first level of support to Quantum and other Treasury-related system/application users.
  
• Coordinate all phases of SOX and IT control audit (include leading walkthroughs and identifying/validating key controls, developing test procedures, executing, and documenting testing).
  
• Assists both internal and external audit process for Quantum and related systems/applications and SOX.
  
• Coordinate and update risk reporting for Commercial Treasury, Risk Coordinator role for Commercial Treasury on all Risk related reporting matters, Coordinator for various Risk Management meetings, including the Financial Risk Management Committee, Group Treasurer Bi-monthly.
  
• Prepare treasury reports, while striving for a continuous improvement process to automate and streamline reporting, and meet stakeholder new reporting requests.
  
• Provide business support to the Front Office, Middle Office, and Commercial Treasury Business Partners across the various work pillars.
  

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

• University degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in either corporate treasury front office or treasury IT applications (preferably with knowledge of Quantum-treasury management system), basic coding experience would be an advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of Treasury business processes and treasury management system setup.
  
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, risk, and process/system controls is advantageous.
  
• Strong continuous business improvement mindset, to challenge the status quo and bring new methods and techniques to the team.
  
• Ability to work well in a matrix environment and strong stakeholder management.
