- Degree in Mining Engineering or relevant mining qualification
- MMCC, GCC - mine & works essential
- Previous 4.1 / senior statutory appointment experience highly advantageous
- MDP & MBA advantageous.
- Memberships to ECSA, MMASA,SAIMM, etc advantageous
- Extensive senior management experience within gold mining
- Proven leadership across underground conventional and/or mechanised mining operations - multi exposure imperative
- Strong track record managing large-scale production, safety, costs, people and operational performance
