EOI - Mining & Production Workers

KMH Workforce is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for qualified and experienced Mining & Production Workers for a range of exciting projects across Western Australia. We are currently sourcing candidates for future positions, including:

• Mobile Plant Operators (Dump Truck, Dozer, Excavator, Loader, etc.)
• Blast Crew
• Drillers Offsiders (RC experience)
• Process Technicians
• Lab Technicians
• Pit Technicians

These roles offer both short and long-term contract opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a valid Australian driver's license (HR or above preferred)
• Possess a current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Proven experience within the mining industry and a solid understanding of mining operations (MUST)
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to actively promote a safety-first culture (MUST)
• Experience working effectively in both small and large teams, with a focus on collaboration and results
• Current Machine Tickets (if operating)
• Ability to work across a variety of rosters ranging from 8/6:7/7, 2/1, 3/1, 2/2 & more...
• Ability to work up to 12 hour days
• Ability to work both short & long-term assignments
