About The Role
- Working across mine sites, ports, and regional operations, you will:
- Perform field-based diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Work independently in the field while supported by a high-performing team
- Service fleet including haul trucks, loaders, graders, dozers & ancillary equipment
- Deliver safe, high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer service
What We Are Looking for
- Trade qualification: Plant Mechanic / Heavy Diesel / Auto Electrical
- Proven field service experience (Cat® highly regarded)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
- Valid driver's licence (minimum LR, higher classes advantageous)
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork
- HRWL tickets (Forklift, Dogging, Rigging) - desirable

- 14/7 | 14/14 | 12/9 | 9/5
- 8/6 | 10/4 | 5/2 (residential / fifo / dido)
- 10-12-hour shifts
