Frontline Jumbo Operators - Cowal Project (West Wyalong, NSW)

Redpath Australia has secured the largest contract in our history at the Cowal Gold Project, and we're now seeking experienced Frontline Jumbo Operators to join a busy, large-scale underground production and development project on a long-term, 5-year contract.

This is a standout opportunity to secure stable, full-time work on a flagship project with industry-leading conditions and genuine career progression.

About the Role

As a Frontline Jumbo Operator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality underground development and production outcomes. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of jumbo drills in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.

Milestone Bonuses:
  • $3,000 at 5 years

Responsibilities

About You
  • Proven experience as an Underground Jumbo Operator in both development and production
  • Experience operating Sandvik DD422i (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, large-scale project environment
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Reliable, motivated, and focused on long-term career growth
