YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Early Talent and Talent Attraction leads early talent recruitment and engagement activities across Canada. Working in partnership with Corporate and Regional Communications teams, the incumbent supports talent attraction initiatives and helps bring employer branding activities to life across recruitment channels and events. The role is also responsible for identifying and managing strategic talent sourcing partnerships, including diversity-focused partnerships, and overseeing talent acquisition tools that support effective and efficient recruitment processes.

The incumbent develops and delivers programs and initiatives that support early talent pipelines and current and future hiring needs across the organization. The role may also contribute to talent acquisition policy development, support the implementation of TA tools and process improvements, and work with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team on initiatives that enhance service delivery and stakeholder experience across Canada

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of Agnico Eagle's national early talent strategy, ensuring programs support current and future workforce needs across Canada.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Attraction and Early Talent professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection of interns, co-op students, summer students, graduates, and early career professionals, while continuously enhancing programs to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, colleges, student organizations, Indigenous communities, and industry partners to strengthen talent pipelines and expand Agnico Eagle's talent network.
  • Partner with Corporate and Regional Communications teams to support talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives that enhance Agnico Eagle's visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Identify and manage strategic sourcing partnerships, including diversity-focused organizations, to support hiring objectives and broaden access to qualified talent.
  • Leverage talent analytics, labour market insights, and recruitment metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, inform strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Agnico Eagle at recruitment events, career fairs, industry conferences, community forums, and other external engagements, serving as an ambassador for the organization and its employer brand.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Talent, Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition or Recruitment teams within a complex, multi-site, or national organization.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing early talent programs, including campus recruitment, internships, co-op programs, graduate hiring, and workforce pipeline initiatives.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, industry associations, and diverse talent networks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience leveraging recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset


No pay range is disclosed, as compensation is expected to exceed $200,000.
