Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician to join our Reliability Maintenance team at Phoenix. Reporting to the Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will collect and analyze condition-monitoring data across a wide range of process equipment, helping the site catch equipment issues before they become failures.

About Nevada Gold Mines
Nevada Gold Mines is a joint venture between Barrick Gold Corporation (61.5%) and Newmont Goldcorp Corporation (38.5%), combining their significant assets across Nevada to create the single largest gold-producing complex in the world and realize the full potential of these mines through synergies and best-in-class operational improvements.

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies.
- Perform vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and additional non-destructive evaluation (NDE) methods.
- Create and maintain databases for each predictive maintenance technology.
- Generate and distribute condition and follow-up reports to all levels of management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven safety record required.
- Excellent attendance record required.
- Previous training and experience applying predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred.
- Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four (4) years as a journeyman preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred.
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of this job required.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- CAT II or CAT III Vibration Analysis certification.
- Infrared Thermography certification.
- Ultrasound (UE) certification.
- Oil Analysis certification.
- Rotor balancing experience.
- MT/PT certification.
- RDI certification.
- UT Level I or II certification.
- Experience with SKF Aptitude Analyst, DBX, Microlog, or similar condition monitoring platforms.
- Previous mining process plant experience, including troubleshooting and inspection of rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, agitators, and fans.
- Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS software.
