As a Principal Advisor, you'll bring deep industry experience,strategic insight, and a pragmatic approach to unlocking value from digital,data and emerging technologies across complex, asset-intensive environments.

  • Advise C-suite and senior executives on digital strategy, innovation roadmaps and transformation at scale
  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs spanning operations, technology and business models

  • Mentor client and internal teams, shaping next-generation digital capabilities and leadership

Summary of certifications and jobrequirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field
  • At least 15 or more years of relevant experience, including subject matter and domain expertise roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design and operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
  • Solid experience in mining, energy or industrial sectors, including significant exposure to digital transformation
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs with tangible business impact
  • Deep understanding of industrial operations (e.g., mining, processing, asset management) and enabling technologies (data, AI, automation, OT/IT integration, telecommunications, networks)
  • Recognized expertise in digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation and connected operations
  • Experience in consulting, advisory or senior industry leadership roles within industry
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence board members and C-suite leaders
  • Pragmatic, value-driven mindset, focused on outcomes rather than technology alone
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value for senior executives and multidisciplinary teams
  • Asset: MBA, advanced degree, professional designation or relevant certifications
