As a Principal in the Mining Center of Excellence, you will manage significant projects for ES clients to shape, plan, and implement strategic programs in mining and technology. In this role, you will engage with the decision makers in our client's ecosystem to define charters and business cases, set roadmaps, establish KPIs, and help design and deliver solutions while ensuring seamless project oversight and providing proactive leadership to ensure success. You will have significant exposure to clients' business and technology leadership - to build long term relationships - and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional experts.
As an Advisor, you should be comfortable working with our clients on their transformation strategies. You will analyze operational capabilities, processes, people, systems to identify gaps focusing on improving short-term performance in addition to meeting the client's long-term strategic objectives. You will be conversant with the market trends, fundamentals of Mining, partner ecosystems and competitive strategies.
As an Orchestrator, you will drive Mining business transformations to deliver measurable value and outcomes. You will engage with on-site Business and technology stakeholders to drive consensus and coordinate transformations across multiple work streams (such as: Mining Solutions development, Data Strategy, Organization & Change Management, Value Realization, etc.). You will work closely with our globally distributed development team, to mitigate risks and maximize the project's outcomes for the client.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within the United States. This position may require regional travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 10 years of Information Technology experience working with functional and technical stakeholders in leading transformation programs and project management across the end-to-end SDLC leveraging technologies such as IoT, AI, Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Digital Twin
- At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry
- Critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to shape the business case for clients' new initiatives and overall development of transformation portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely across functions such as Operations, Maintenance, Technology and Commercial teams to identify cost reduction & revenue generation initiatives.
- At least 10 years of experience in Business / Enterprise level program and project management, with demonstrated aptitude in delivering quality results in an Agile fashion.
- Understanding of how to use data / KPIs to track value and manage value delivery risks.
- Experience in interacting with Change Management teams to drive end-user's adoption in a Mining setting.
- Experience with working alongside the Sales team to manage senior client buyers and solution owners (e.g., VP, CXO)
